The VB-SemiAir auxiliary air suspension offers the possibility to regulate the spring problem yourself to a limited extent. An air spring is mounted between the chassis and the rear axle, which supports the existing leaf spring. This basic system is the starting point for adjusting and improving the vehicle's suspension.
The VB-SemiAir set is supplied as a two-chamber system. The air bellows are therefore not connected to each other. The application of the two-chamber system ensures that left and right can be separated, making it possible to straighten the vehicle even with small load differences.
The comfort package consists of a control panel with 2 pressure gauges, comfort switches, mounting material and a compressor. Specifically developed for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3.5t, Volkswagen Crafter 28 (2006 - 2016) & Volkswagen Crafter 35 (2006 - 2016), also applicable to the 4x4 versions.
The compressor is placed under the driver's seat with the comfort kit.

NB!
This set is not suitable for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with the factory option C15 (chassis lowering), C17 (springs for lowered chassis height) or XL8+C33 (weight variant 3,880 kg.).
It does fit vehicles with only option C33 (i.e. without XL8).
For extremely heavy loads, it is recommended to order chassis reinforcement 1552350016.
